      What is our Returns Policy?

      A:

      J’aime Parfum will replace or credit any items damaged, faulty or received incorrectly within 14-days of purchase. Please send all returns to the address below along with your postage receipt, company details, order number and invoice number. Postage charges will be credited to the account (no cash refunds).

      How long does an Out-of-Stock item take to become available again?

      A:

      When an item goes out-of-stock it is automatically placed on order with our international suppliers. Unfortunately as international suppliers do not provide estimated times of arrival we are unable to provide an accurate timeframe for re-stocking. Our website is updated daily with new arrivals so please log-in every morning.

      How do I track an order once it has been dispatched?

      A:

      All online customers will receive a shipping advice notification once their order has been dispatched. On that notification, the freight company and tracking number will appear. You may track your order with J’aime Parfum by clicking here. If sent by Australia Post Eparcel track your order by visiting www.eparcel.com.au or phone 13 13 18.

      What do EDC, EDT and EDP mean?

      A:

      Perfume consists of natural or synthetic fragrance oil extracts diluted in water or high-grade alcohol. The difference lays in the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The higher the concentration of oils, the longer the fragrance will last. Most designers like to produce the whole line of fragrances.

      Eau de Cologne – 4% essential oils. Lasts about 1 hour.
      Eau de Toilette – 8% to 15% essential oils. Lasts about 2 – 3 hours.
      Eau de Perfume (Parfum) – 15 to 22% essential oils. Lasts 3 – 6 hours.

      We do not hold onto any credit card or payment information, this is done directly between the payment gateway (Bank / Paypal) and the customer, please see our privacy policy and security pages for more information. We only maintain customer account information such as email address for contact purposes and shipping address for return customers.
