We understand how important privacy is to our customers, so here are some of the ways in which we will respect customers privacy.
Why do we request an email address upon registration and/or purchase?
All email addresses provided during the registration and purchase process are used for correspondence regarding an existing order, new orders placed, account issues. We do not use these emails for commercial purposes. If customers would like to receive product updates, perfume news, discount coupons and catalogues they may fill out the ‘subscribe form’ at the bottom of all our pages.
How can J’aime Parfum customers have their email address, shipping information removed from our systems?
If at any stage a customer would like their information removed from our database, we require an email with the username, and identifying information and the patients file will be deleted from our records. Simply fill in the contact us page information and one of our members will contact you to do the rest.
